Basic description: A sculley is a 4-wheeled 8-man vehicle mainly used for transporting small military or police units to and from their objectives. the seating arrangement is a driver and squad leader in the front two seats, two passengers in the middle row of seats, two passengers in the back row of seats, and one gunner in the turret on top of the sculley. sculleys look like the US vehicle called the cougar-h.
Use: the sculley is mainly used my combat-oriented groups as a transport vehicle, and as a multi-function assault/support vehicle when in battle.
Propulsion method: sculleys' main power source is an 800hp diesel engine.
Misc: the sculley is a vehicle commonly associated with the gatekeeper organization, which uses the surprisingly agile 4-wheel drive trucks for a variety  of roles. there are versions with no passenger seats to accommodate extra cargo, versions modified with treads to act as arctic transporters, and a badlands version upgraded with extra armor, a higher ride height, an armored turret, and "chase doors."
